Zuilen78 is a small scale pop-up. It’s not a restaurant or an organization, but an evening organized by individuals. Because we cook for a fixed number of guests and purchase all ingredients in advance, we work with reservations and pre-payment. After booking, you will receive a payment request by email within 48 hours. Your spot is confirmed once payment has been received.

Cost

  • Five-course dinner: €55 per person
  • Wine pairing or a non-alcoholic alternative: €25 per person

Did you change your mind after making a reservation, or are you unexpectedly unable to join us? Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. We do not make a profit on this evening and only cover our costs. Of course, we can help you find diners who would like to take over your reservation!

Dietary

At Zuilen78, we serve all courses to share. So you cannot order your own dishes, but every course includes a vegetarian and gluten-free option. Are you a vegetarian or do you eat gluten-free? Please let us know when making your reservation, and we will ensure your table receives more vegetarian/gluten-free dishes (and slightly fewer of the other dishes).

FIRST DINNER - 19 APRIL AT DE BEES HIVE IN UTRECHT

The first edition of Zuilen78 is coming up! On April 19, 2026, we will be settling down at De Bees Hive (Sweder van Zuylenweg 56, 3553 HG Utrecht).
